I was informed through email and sms that my flight from lko to DEL has been delayed but no information regarding connecting flight from DEL to IXB. When i reached airport i was informed that there is connecting flight from delhi on same day was offered next day flight. Because of this mismanagement and casual attitude of airline, i missed my important meeting on same day. I want a heavy compensation and legal action against airline for this negligent attitude towards its passengers. Why airline is not concerned for making alternate arrangement, if starting flight is delayed.

    Hello

    Today 06/12/2016 my father and my mother travelled in Jet Airways 9w-374 Bombay to Lucknow
    And when they landed at Lko airport they found that their one bag is missing.Now they are telling that they left the bag at Bombay Airport and gave a complaint letter to him.If someone can do something please do.
    I am his son he has train reservation at 4.35 Intercity lko to gkp.
    Now if he waits there for luggage he will miss train so he moved to station.How should I trust your services?

    The ground staff at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu airport is the worst .specially one fat lady she talks in such a bad way to clients as we are her servants.

      I have a very bad experience in jet airways 9w 547 dt. 14.11.16 from dubai to delhi.in the international jet flight i left my 2 pair of sunglasses of mk brand and reading glasses of dg in the cabbin baggage.

      Till date i have not received any confirmation about my lost very expensive 2 pairs of glasses for which i have a bill also. These are very expensive brand items and there is only cabin crew after everyone deboard the aircraft. It is the duty of the airhostesses to check if anybody has left their belongings. They have not done their duty properly and jetairways is very negligent about this. Even in the aircraft some of the passengers were not happy with the service of the airhostesses. One of the lady passenger has also gave a written complaint against the crew on the board dt 14.11.16.

      Kindly arrange to get it checked thoroughly with the crew and arrange to hand over the items to me.

      How can 2 brand new glasses case can be vanished from the cabbin baggage of international flight that too from dubai to delhi 9w 547.

        I was booked to leave from amritsar to delhi, delhi to london on the 4th december, where my first flight got delayed by over an hour. At delhi we were forced to run through security checks etc. I had to go to the toilet because i was not feeling well and spent approx 5 mins. By the time i ran to to my gate number there was 7-9 jet staff waiting there who verbally assaulted me because i went to the bathroom. One even called me an idiot and said the flight is gone, you have to pay for a new ticket.

        Calling your customers a idiot because they delayed the flight does not make sense to me. I fly from london to delhi 2 times a year with jet every year. Never again and i will certainly never recommend anyone to.
        Spend your money on a different flight you will be much better off.

          I was all set to leave for the airport for my flight to delhi and from delhi to chicago, when i receive a text that the jet flight to delhi is cancelled. I tried calling them if they have any other option for me so that some how i could catch the international flight at 2am. The answer i got was our systems are down and we cannot help you. Please call after an hour. Only one other air india flight was my last option. After long conversations with the jet staff they tried to request a seat for me but couldn't through check my luggage. It was 9 pm by now and the flight was getting delayed by 25 minutes then 1 hour. After struggling till 11 pm i had to accept that i cannot catch the 2 am flight and return home. Jet airways first informed only 3 hours before the flight and acted so irresponsibly. I was supposed to make other arrangements to reach delhi without any help from jet itself and catch an international flight in 5 hours. Their response to this was since my flight to chicago was not with jet they cannot help me. Is this the kind of customer service you provide? I missed my flight and had to pay another $700 to book the next flight. And who is to pay for all the mental stress me and my family went through for 8 hours.

            Hello Guys,

            Highly irresponsible behavior!!

            Today I had to board this flight and the boarding time as per the pass was 17:45, I did a web check-in and reached the airport by 6 pm. However I wasn't allowed to do the security check-in as the person sitting at the jet airways counter was under impression that the flight is at right time and already departed. And they suggested me to reschedule and book another tickets so for that I had to pay extra 8000 bucks. Also as the person at the counter was confident that thee flight is already departed I did not check the status of the flight online. Later I received a message informing that the flight got delayed and departed by 7 pm.

            Holly crap!! Are you guys out of your mind? I mean this kind of miss communication was never expected from you coz this isn't my first time with jet airways. The reason I always prefer jet airways is that its timely updates and the quality of services you offer. But now seeing all this I regret my decision. This was never expected from an airlines like this.

            This is a serous offence and I really want a quick action from you guys on this. At least the people sitting on the counter should be updated correctly. Like a fool I had to wait for another 3 hours on the airport, unaware of the fact that the flight is still not departed.

            Do reply to the mail as early as possible.The boarding pass is attached with the mail, If you want I can send you the rescheduled flight tickets as well.

              I have taken a ticket from Jet Airways through travel agent celled Saral communication, Badiadka, Kasaragod dist Kerala (Mangalore to Abudhabi-Departure date 18th November 2016) on 14th November 2016.Due unavoidable situation i have cancelled the ticket on 15th November -2016.But i haven't received any refund on cancellation.I have contacted the jet airways customer care to know the reason, but they are denied to answer properly and informed...

              Hello,

              I found your call center services is very very worst. First of getting your call center person is taking 30 minutes and then after they put me hold for 30 minutes and all of sudden disconnect the call.
              I using internal call them and getting worst services. I totally fed up the service provided to customer. This is my mistake to book ticket in worst airlines of the world.

              I book the ticket from benglore to mumbai dated 2-december-2016 pnr vxqwva and just want to provide food jain veg and veg and spend more than 150 qar just for call and not getting any service.

              I think it is my mistake to book ticket in worst airlines of the worlds.

              Thanks for no services.

                I am sorry to say, jet airways has let me down. From last six month i am suffering without my fault.

                What happen:
                On 4th june around 8 pm i booked air ticket with jet airways from bangalore - delhi and delhi - bangalore for 13th and 16th july 2016 for amount rs. 6775 using credit card ending. At 9.17 pm on 4th june 2016 i got mail from jet airways saying my booking was unsuccessful and same amount will reverted back to my credit card within 7 days. I have called jet airway customer care to confirm and i was told that booking done on 4th june was not successful and amount will be refunded.

                Issue:
                My credit card bank has charged me rs. 6775 for 4th june booking which actually was not successful.

                Problem:
                I have raise dispute with bank for rs.6775 for 4th june book after jet airways confirmed me many times via mail that jet airways have not charged any money from bank on my 4th june unsuccessful booking.
                My bank has forwarded me your (Jet airways) statement in which it is mentioned amount rs. 1910 was refund to my account in july.

                Concern:
                1. I have not cancelled the booking but it was unsuccessfully informed to me via email by jet airways. Then why only rs. 1910 was refunded
                2. Jet airways customer care confirmed me that booking was not successful and full amount will be refund me to my account.
                3. Jet airways have replied my two mail were i raise this concern saying that jet airways has not charged any money for unsuccessful booking.

                Can you help me in getting my money back and how can i file claim for harassment

                  As a frequent flier of jet airways airlines, i am exceedingly disappointed at my most recent experience with your company.
                  My flight was 45 minute deferral but to manage the flight scheduling, they were winged the plane in such a horrified manner. it got me so petrifiedand nervous it was unacceptable. it was the matter of safe and security because flight was really breakneck situations where anything could have happen in between.

                  Today we had flight from Delhi to ixb myself regular flier but in my life I felt very scared in ur flight .. flight took off at 11.10 am and landed ixb 12.35 noon is it possible to cover such distances in such a short period... we are also a jet Priviledge member pls see to it

                    Already travelled through jet on 21/11/2016 from Trivandrum to Dammam. My luggage is more than the actual weight allowed. The person who is is on the counter told that he can't allow even 1kg more. Then I remove all the extra luggages including my kid's clothes. After that I found a boy in the Airport who has no more luggages, only 5kg. I talk to him and willing to put my clothes into his luggage. Then he went to screening, I am also there. Suddenly this man who is in the counter came in front of me and shouted " I am watching you for a long time, what are you doing here, who told you to put your luggage into his bag, and shouted at him also., I will show you how can you go both, come to the counter. He insulted me a lot, no consideration after all I am a woman. He harassed me a lot in front of all the travellers. Actually I am going back to Saudi after a long treatment. At that time I am upset . I reached 5.30pm. until 7'O clock he tortured me a lot . More than 2 times I wrap my luggage. What can you do ? You must take necessary action against him and I must know what action you take. He must be punished.

                      Hi i am writing regarding bad experience that i have received from your jet airways customer care team.
                      During the check in process on numerous occasions i tried checking in online prior to my flight however i was unsuccessful, i then contacted jet airways customer care to see if anyone could assist me in booking my seats. A lady went through the process and told me she will sort it for the 3 passengers travelling together.
                      mr yakub ibrahim patel who requires a wheelchair and extra legroom would be seated on 10D
                      Mrs halima patel would be seated 11f and my partner mr imran musa patel would be seated 11E so that we are all together.
                      I was unable to print my boarding passes online which was VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
                      However upon recieving at abu dhabi airport the boarding passes were printed with yakub patel who requires special assistance seated on 10F
                      Halima patel on 27 F and imran patel 27A.
                      I think that is very stupid as 2 passengers were on 1 booking and the other passenger required special assistance.
                      When i got on the jet airways flight a crew member names Farhan then guided us and sorted this matter with one of the passengers being seated with mr yakub patel. However i am still unhappy with the service as my partner was seated somewhere different.
                      I would like to mention Farhan and thank him for this as i did raise my voice and get angry however he managed to stay calm and assist me further.
                      Why did the lady confirm seats on the phone to me? And then to not have them seats is very unproffesional. This is the 2nd time i have used jet airways and seem to have the same service all the time. I would like further action to be taken.

                        Today i.e. on 23/11/2016 I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Trivandrum (Thiruvanathampuram) online and the PNR number is ONVJBA. However, on account of personal difficulties, I tried to cancel the ticket online. To my utter surprise the following message appeared on the screen

                        "Security Verification has been unsuccessful, please try again".

                        Thereafter I tried about 15 times, but on each occasion the same message was displayed on the screen.

                        Since I am holding a American Express jet privilege card, I contacted the customer service of American Express Credit Card, who issued the said credit card. On my request, on two occasions, the Customer Service Executives of the American Express Bank contacted the Customer Service department of the Jet Airways. Despite making specific request made by the Customer Service Executives of the American Express Bank, the Customer Care dept of the Jet Airways refused to entertain my request to cancel the ticket as I am unable to cancel it online. I understand that the entire conversation between me, the Customer Care Executives of the American Express Credit Card and the Customer Care Executives of the Jet Air are recorded by the American Express Credit card.

                        I have reason to believe that the Jet Airways is deliberately denying the cancellation online with ulterior motive as they have to refund the entire amount of the ticket since the cancellation request has been made by me within 24 hours from booking. In the event, the cancellation is made other than online, the Airlines are entitled to deduct certain percentage of the amount. In order to have unjust enrichment, they are deliberately disallowing my request of cancellation online.

                        The attitude on the part of Jet airways is totally unjust and unethical.

                        I am making this complaint today itself (i.e. within 24 hours) so that in future the Jet airlines may not deny the incident.

                          On 17th November I booked an online ticket for my wife using her miles. Her JP number is[protected]. Upon filling up all the details and paying the amount of Rs 1984 (via net banking), the following page failed to reload. After waiting for 1 hour I called up Jet Airways and was informed that due to a glitch on the system the ticket was not issued, however I would receive my refund within 48 hours. Later that evening, we had to start from scratch and go through the entire procedure of booking our flights.
                          Today it's the 23rd and there is no refund of my money in my account. I called up the customer service number, spoke to Mr Haider Ali explaining him what exactly happened and why I have not received my refund. Firstly, I had to remind him how to speak to a customer as his tone of talking was unacceptable. He was rude and sounded like he was doing me a favor by trying to find out why the refund was not yet initiated.

                          Furthermore, he went on ordering me to wait for an additional 72 hours, saying that there is nothing more he can do, hence I am left with no option but to wait for him to revert after 72 hours.

                          I seriously have no words to describe how pathetic the service and staff of Jet Airways and Jet Privilege has become over the months. Clearly you guys need to train your staff to be more professional and be courteous with customers.

                            Hi sir/ mam i am monika thakur from amritsar i booked a jet airways flight from delhi to ahemdabad dated 21 nov 2016 13.25 pm... i reached the airport by 12.35...but your ground staff dint support me for boarding even on 12.55 pm your staff told me flight is takeoff... how come its possible sir/mam ...above all i requested to the on duty superviser to allow me to board...but she dint co.operate me...n behave really very rude...instead of helping me...she was suggested me to buy new ticket...what kind of service you airline provide to customer...i just lodge a complaint agaginst your airlines...

                              I left a baggage at the luggage belt at the mumbai international airport, after i landed from delhi. I informed the jet over emails and phone calls. I got a call form them to pick up the luggage but they didn't mention which terminal. On repeatedly inquiring from them, the jet mumbai office executive told me to collect it from the jet airport ticketing counter at the domestic airport, i told them but jet operates from the new terminal and the international airport, i kept asking them to confirm and they said yes, we know but your luggage is at the domestic airport, nobody mentioned terminal 1 or 2. I even informed that that two terminals are 30 mins away in mumbai traffic and i have an indigo flight to bangalore from terminal 1, so please confirm that i have visit the jet ticket counter at terminal 1, and they said yes, that is where i have to visit. I even asked them to send me a confirmation mail stating the same and the exact address. After putting me on hold several times, they confirmed over the phone but didn't send me an email. I called them 4 hours before my flight and asked them to clarify so that i can plan my travel accordingly and explicitly told them that visiting t2 and then t1 adds a good 45 minutess to the travel time. I even told them that i escalate a complaint if i am told to visit the other terminal once i visit terminal 1 and claim damages and i was reassured that it won't required. Once i reached the domestic airport terminal 1, i kept trying to get in touch with touch and was now told to collect my baggage from the other airport. I wasted my time, energies and money on numerous std calls and ran all over t1 but without no help. I was hassled by jet staff and was given excuses as to how the people in customer care don't know the exact office and sorry we cant help and finally 20 minutes before my indigo flight i got a call from mr. Snowel from jet who clarified that the lugged is at the other terminal and that jet can't do anything but send the luggage to bangalore airport the next day, i requested him to parcel the luggage to my apartment in bangalore but he refused and rather asked me riase a formal complaint and escalate the issue if i deem fit or you have to come and pick up your bag from the other terminal in mumbai. I was misinformed multiple times even when i kept clarifying. Now, i am in bangalore without my luggage. I have been misinformed, the jet executives have been shifting blame to support office back and forth. On top, 4 hours of time where i had business calls and meeting scheduled in mumbai over 3 days have been wasted and mental peace exhausted to co-ordinate these calls. These is a sever case of negligence, misinformation and extreme inconvenience. I need my baggage now and i also want to be compensated damages for all the hassle and trauma i was put through.

                                I had selected seats 38j and 38k for my flight from bombay to amsterdam. I also initiated the debit card transaction of rs.1, 750/- for these seats but the transaction failed. This amount got deducted from my icici bank account and no seats were booked for me.

                                Jet airways customer care representative asked me to write mail regarding the same. It has been 18 days now and i have not received any response for my mail. When i called your customer care and informed them that i did not get any response for my mail, they told me that they cannot do anything, hence i need to wait for reply from jet airways team for my mail.

                                Till when i am supposed to wait!!!? Why is there no-one who can assist!

                                Please help.

                                We had a connection flight which was delayed so we got late to connect jet airways domestic even tho we took boarding pass then also they didn't cooperate with us n due to them n manager Anil n another manager in Mumbai we missed our flight n they behaviour was very rude n service from jet airways is not good they are not helping

                                  Since last four months, i have observed, after doing payment thru net banking, portal does not issue ticket, and amount is debuted in our account, which saldomnly refunded back, i think thus is deliberately done by yiur office, if not sorted out i will file a PIL against Jet Airways. I have been complaining to Jet but no one takes any measure to rectify it, and my some money is also not refunded.

                                    I am traveling with my fly jet air today 9w 0478 from blr to mum I already boarding and luggage clear before but their lot s of line in check in aria I request to jet ground staaf Sanjay n one ladies to clear or check in fast but he told me don't worry that we have enough time after check in we r going to gate no 8 they told me gate is closed I told them 15 min remanig to take off they told no after then I complete the manger then they issue new ticket in two part 4 o[censored]s they give 9w416rwai and remanig 4 they give 7 o clock evening I told her that it s u r folt after that he confirm Sanjay and one ladies staf she told me it our Staaf foult so we gave u new ticket without any charge I told her we have 3 small kid n they r hungry n Banglore city is to long from here she tell me we can't do any thing sir I have travell with very famous airline in India but this time very bad expriance we r 8 people out of them three child but ü r staff is not help me any type expect change the flight we r very harresment because our child is hungry so please take against in inresponslble staff n try to gave good service i[censored] r side fault that time u gave good service to costmor

                                      The flight got delayed by 1hr 30 minutes . I got this flight booked as I had a family function to attend, and now because of you I can't attend it. If the passengers are late by just 10 minutes you don't allow them and its perfectly fine that you delay our plans and ruin are functions . Its 7:10 and I have taken a cab as I didn't bring any check in baggage to save time and reach home early, but now coz of Bangalore traffic and thanks to your amazing service I can't attend my family function.
