[Resolved]  Jet Airways — Wrong booking done by system at IRCTC/flight web site

Dear sir, Please find the below ticket, Physically ticket booked for Pune Delhi chandigarh on 19.01.15 with one stop. Ticket booked as follows i.e. Pune- Banglore-Mumbai- chandigarh. (19 & 20 the Jan with halt at Banglore), Check return ticket which correctly chandigarh-delhi- Pune on same day I.e.22.01.15. Round ticket cost to me 17833/- (Approx) This is absolutely computer mistake, system adjustments, or fraud by IRCTC or Jet airway to take the cancellation charges from customer who are not booking through agents, as Rs 6000/- Plus. I was forced to take out ticket again separately (onward + return) with higher cost.in same flight by paying 19000/- Please look in to the matter and confirm me the action so that I can cancell the via bangloru ticket immly.
