Jio — 4g internet speed is very slow

We people are getting run internet on Jio at Kanta toli Ranchi Jharkhand-834001.
But from past 14-15 days we are getting very poor internet speed slow even than 2G. We have complaint regarding this so many times to jio but they always reply "we are working towards this" and making fool to us.
Because of this our validity is getting waste and so money as well.
My mob. no. is [protected]. They
are neglecting the customer rights, which is not allowed. We can easily file a case against them and also we will share this incident on our all social media platforms including Facebook, Whatsapp etc.
