Hi Jio Customer support team

It's understandable to feel frustrated if you've booked with order
number LR000007X33Z an AIR Fiber service with Jio but haven't received
the installation yet. i have paid booking fees of Rs -1000, attached
screenshot for your reference.

the sales agent Ramachandra ([protected]) and his team lead Manjunath
co-ordinated with me and made me to book the jio airfiber service by
paying 1000Rs. on 25th May 2024, but till now they haven't made
installation . Giving reason some technical issues. they are not even
concerned about resolving issues.

Please do the needful

Subject: Urgent: Jio AirFiber Installation Delayed (Request No. LR00000HXFB0)

Dear Jio Team,

I placed an order for Jio AirFiber installation on Sunday, but it has not been installed yet. My request number is LR00000HXFB0. The technician has refused to proceed with the installation.

Please look into this matter urgently and arrange for the installation at the earliest. I am eagerly waiting for the service. Kindly provide a resolution as soon as possible.
