I have bought the Sim like 1.5 years ago and I am not getting a GOOD SERVICE as expected. I also complained like 6to 7 times per month on CUSTOMER care service from the day I bought the Sim. But still I am not satisfied with the net issue and everytime I complain they say that THERE ARE LOTS O[censored]SERS IN YOUR AREA CONSUMING INTERNET AND WE ARE WORKING TIRELESSLY TO EXPAND OUR NETWORK IN UPCOMING MONTHS. I have ported from Airtel to Jio in Jan 2021 due to network issues post that till July 2021, there was no issue in Jio. From Aug 2021, there is so much of disturbances in the calls, frequent call drops, wrong messages as out of network coverage or switched off.

I have raised the complaint of poor reachability and network in my locality & cross talks (vide ref M40000YO3CM dt 24/09/2021)- No action taken

Dear mam/sir,

I had recharged one jio number on 14-SEPTEMBER-2021 of RS1299 from MYJIO APP through recharge a friend. During first transaction it is unsuccessful then after 2 minutes i tried again then it shows again unsuccessful but the amount was deducted and they credit back my amount in my bank. After half an hour i recharged again from MY JIO app through PAYTM UPI then amount was deducted from my account again but again...

I got my jio fiber installed on 30-June-2021 and the internet speed was slow, so I decided to return the item. The return was initiated on 17-July-2021 and jio fiber took all their belongings on 25-July-2021. The jio fiber team said that if you cancel the plan within 30 days, all of your money will be refunded. I've been calling them since 17-July-2021, and every time I would call them, they say that my refund would be credited in 1-4 days....

I was unable to replace my jio SIM card due to date of birth mismatch. I didn't updated my date of birth in aadhar, since it's issue. I don't know how the details(DOB) incorrectly stored in your database. No matter how many times I tried for replacement. It is getting rejected. What are the steps do I need to follow for successful replacement if there is any other way?...

The matter is that My jiofiber connection (Jio Fiber number[protected]. ServiceID[protected] was activated on March13, 2021. I decided to discontinue the connection on April 5, 2021 and planned for relocation due to official purpose. I am having 4 different jio connections in my house for all of the four till last to last week everything was working fine but from last week the daily internet quota is getting exhausted without ang such usage.

I was using the mobile (jio) hotspot to my smart TV earlier till last week and was able to watch 2-3 movies in that 1.5 -2 GB of data i.e. it was sufficient for 5-6 hrs of streaming but now I am unable tk view even...

I am getting a lot of wrong number Calls on my jio number .So I just want to know that if this number was previously allotted to another customer? Because I am also receiving his /her personal bank details as well as calls.
receiving someones else bank details may lead to a big crime . I am frustrated with calls and answering them that it is a wrong no. . Please help me with this.

Jio doesn't care about someone's privacy....

This is Visvanath P. I have been using jio sim around 4 years. I have mistakenly recharged my jio number [protected] to ₹1208(Date:07.03.2021 time:19.30). I have called jio customer care and requested to revoke my recharge(Service Request number SR00001486RY).Jio customer care did not refund or change the plan When I asked to revoke my recharge.
They told me that they do not have right to cancel my order....

I took jio fiber plan. It is a trial plan which started on 8th dec 2020 and after one day only router blinking with red light. I complaint in jio customer care and they gave me yesterday 4-6pm time but till now no call or confirmation received. Today I again called customer service and the executive told me that technical executive will visit home on 16th Dec. IS THIS A JOKE. I am working from home. I am using Jio fiber services and facing multiple problems with its set top box. I tried to reach out them multiple times but their automated chats either tell to watch a video do various steps but I am not getting any solution, infact I tried yesterday also but at last they said they will connect me to their support guys but I never got connected to them neither yesterday or ever in the history....

My mobile no. [protected]: using it for last 3/4 years with internet dat on regular basis

I have taken jio internet plan of rs599 providing 2gb data every day which is said to be reset at night. Since last 2 days my allotted data is getting consumed in the without actual use. I contacted complaint call centre at 1991 which was giving only prerecorded guidance on its own, ultimately making me to go for a top up plan of rs555...
