[Resolved] Jio — Amount debited but recharge not done | |||||
On 27/oct/2022 08.37pm recharge my jio number Rs. 239 using Gpay. Amount debited from my account but recharge not done. Lot of mail sent to gpay and Equitas bank and jio customer care. No proper response and still now problem not resolved. Equitas bank said below We wish to reiterate you that UPI transaction reference #[protected] was successful and credited to the beneficiary account on 27.10.2022. Kindly find the beneficiary details. Payee Account # : 0140SLEURONT Payee IFSC Code : ICIC0DC0099 We kindly request you to liaise with the beneficiary towards money credit status. Jio customer care said below I suggest you to raise a chargeback with your bank for further investigation. Once you receive the response on your chargeback, please share the chargeback slip with us along with the statement of your bank account starting from the date of transaction till you receive the update from bank.
