Jio — bait and switch | |||
Hi, I'm a jio customer and it's really annoying that jio internet speed is very slow in my area, i have already raised a complaint regarding this and they confirmed that it will be resolved within 60 days, however now it's been more than 150 days still they're saying will be resolved. The customer service is so worst that they lie and just want to get rid of the customers without any resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
