I am having 4 different jio connections in my house for all of the four till last to last week everything was working fine but from last week the daily internet quota is getting exhausted without ang such usage.
I was using the mobile (jio) hotspot to my smart TV earlier till last week and was able to watch 2-3 movies in that 1.5 -2 GB of data i.e. it was sufficient for 5-6 hrs of streaming but now I am unable tk view even a single movie completely the net quota gets exhausted within an hour o[censored]sage.
Firstly I though that may be it is my mobile's issue that any app or data backup is consuming the net or any settings might have been changed hence I checked the entire settings of mobile and tv Then I tried connecting the other 3 devices of my home. But same thing is happening to all the devices. That means the data is getting exhausted without any such usage. Jio is falsely showing the data usage and unnecessarily exhausting the data ...Jio is looting the data and making the customers fool. So that people will have no other option than recharging with a additional data pack...
A new scam from jio... And it should be corrected and resolved as soon as possible.
I am not mentioning the jio numbers in this details box as it may get misused as I already have a bad experience after sharing the contact number on the portal.. Was this information helpful? |
