Jio — data gets completed exhausted without using that much

My internet data got exhausted without using that much.. It’s 2gb data and got exhausted just like that without using. This is happening for the 4th-5th time. And when i call jio customer care, all they do is talk about a video about how to manage data, which not at all solves the problem. I keep calling them and everyone of them say the same thing. They also tell to see the statement as to check where was the data used, but when i check the statement, it shows nothing.
