Jio — international roaming not worked

Dear sir,

I have recharged for international roaming for availing jio services at thailand as they offer their services in thailand.

I have recharged rs.2000/- and 1101 respectively for it on 3rd june'18 via pay tm for my jio no.-[protected] (Transaction no.-[protected] for rs.2000/ and [protected]
For rs.1101) and i was in thailand from 4th to 9th, but their service did'nt worked.

I spoke to their customer care but they said your money will not be refunded and we can't do anything about it.

When i told them that i will complain against this injustice of theirs their representative told you can go ahead and do it as we dont have any policy of refunding your money your money will not be refunded.

Request you to kindly help me getting back my money which is my right as indian consumer.
