Jio — Internet data getting consumed without actual use

My mobile no. [protected]: using it for last 3/4 years with internet dat on regular basis

I have taken jio internet plan of rs599 providing 2gb data every day which is said to be reset at night. Since last 2 days my allotted data is getting consumed in the without actual use. I contacted complaint call centre at 1991 which was giving only prerecorded guidance on its own, ultimately making me to go for a top up plan of rs555 which will automatically get activated once the original plan gets exhausted.
However this plan also got consumed within no time without my actually using it.
I again tried to contact 1991 but same story was repeated once more.

Request to make jio correct their system so that i am able to use the plan conveniently without any leakage.
