Jio — Jio fiber services

I am using Jio fiber services and facing multiple problems with its set top box. I tried to reach out them multiple times but their automated chats either tell to watch a video do various steps but I am not getting any solution, infact I tried yesterday also but at last they said they will connect me to their support guys but I never got connected to them neither yesterday or ever in the history.

I am paying for Amzon prime for last 2 months but services still not activated. Sony liv channel also giving trouble.
Jio Representatives fixed a meeting with our complex members on 12th at 5pm but did not turn up for the scheduled meeting. At 4.55pm when they were contacted they told us that they will be there in 10 minutes. After waiting for more than 1 hour we called the representative 8 times but he would not pick up the call.
After 1.30 minutes a gentleman claiming to be the Manager called and assured us that he will look into the matter & revert. Today is the 3rd day and there is NO COMMUNICATION from their team.
Really wonder what kind of a customer service us this?
May be they do not care for new customers or business.

This is from Duga Nag Trust to inform you that we have faced a lot of difficulties from last 16 days as we are not able to use your services that was down from since snowfall. Now it's a request to you that please take back your jio box along with wire and refund our money as we are tired now, after making several complaints none was at action.

I am unable to watch Amazon Prime, why
i made a payemnt for rechage of Jio Fib on 26th of Jan-2021 with an amount of Rs. 824.82 hwoever i got a SMS from you that teh paymet was unsucessful and the same will be revsreed within 10 days. but till date i have not received the same . I have taken up the matter with my bank, They reported that teh tran is sucessful as per the Jio-Fib .

Jio equipment is lying unused at my place since November 2020 as I did not wish to continue with your service after the free trial period. Before the free trial period was over, I had advised you to collect back your equipment and arrange to refund my balance deposit of Rs.1500/-. You disconnected my connection after the free trial period but your equipment is lying at my place gathering dust. Despite my repeated e-mail reminder requests, no action has been taken by you in this matter. Everytime a different person from Jio replies to my e-mail saying my complaint has been escalated and I will hear about your engineer's visit shorty but your equipment is still gathering dust at my place and you have also not refunded my balance deposit of Rs.1500/-. Jio Fiber seems to be a fraud company who is not bothered about their own equipment lying at customer's place gathering dust nor are they refunding customer's deposit. Do you have anything to say about this?
not working my broadband land line connection
Jio Fiber No.[protected] is not working since March 24, 2021 as there is no internet.I have made number of complaints on[protected] and also on Jio Fiber customer Care with no results.Supervisor etc all give false hopes of resolving the problem in two hours.All of them have proved to be false.This connection is valid upto Apri 5, 2021;of that I have reminded umpteen number of times by Jio Fiber representatives.Obviously very very poor service..

I have Jio Fiber Connection and the connection goes off whenever there is a power outage. After that getting the connection restored is a nightmare. No is responding with their whats up. Their toll free number is not working. The call ended as soon as it gets connected. I don't know where to report. For the past three days I am running from pillar to post with no success in sight. on 25/12/2021, I booked a jio fiber connection and paid Rs.1500. and I was inform that my connection will delivered very shortly period, my ORN NO.is NO0000JTB2IJ. but today is 30/12/2021 they have not installed my connection till now . in this regards I made complaint to Jio customer care for many times but nothing happen they are giving me reschedule timing again and again and doing nothing. even I have got no phone calls for installation from Jio fiber authority or service provider . I have never seen such a iresponsible service in my city Guwahati .Now I want higher Jio authority to notify my problem and solve it.
