Jio — Jio fibre refund

My refund says a 14 days to proceed a refund in my account but receive any refund about the amount and I know I cannot call any customer care number because your calling system is only prefer to a invite jio fiber, not customer support my service ID is[protected]

I am many time mail for jio but not respond anytime what time you should not pay my money I am completing all process and update my bank detail also and this time we update is not to update in your platform allows so please a more stress about the jio fibre I am trying to a new connection of jio fiber but the this incident of don't pay again.
But, nothing happened. I called the toll free number multiple times and also lodged a complaint. Each time I was told that to wait and given a complaint number...
