My mother had a 2G jio phone which stopped working so we put the SIM in another 4G phone and since my area used to have no jio network, we didn't recharge it. Recently jio's network started in our area so I was planning to recharge my mother's number and convert it from 2G to 4G, but now I see that the number has been given to someone else.

    I purchased jio fiber 100mbps plan on 21 april 2023. I want jio fiber prepaid but jio fiber Engineer give force fully jio fiber postpaid .on 22 april. i decided to disconnect of my jio fiber postpaid plan . All the device are taken from my home on 24 april and jio fiber Engineer say your money refund within 14 days .. but still money not refund 25 day has passed ..

      I've made several complaint to jio team regarding notifications and messages unknown numbers sent to my email id which are no way related to me or my jio account. They also sent me apologize and assurance of no such things will happen now onwards. But still notifications for that unknown number coming from the jio team to my email id. Reference no; SR00001JDD7T.
      Every time I emailed them here is the response and nothing happens.

        Wrongly Recharged to another jio number

        I have done wrong recharge on [protected](jio) instead of another jio number. I have done recharge of 667rs via phonepe . And the payment was successful. I have done recharge on 16/05/2023, operator ref id BR0009EGIDVT. My another number is [protected](jio). Please reverse this recharge to [protected]
        My number is prepaid.

          On 1st April 2023, I mistakenly recharged my own number with an annual plan instead of my dad's number. I immediately contacted Jio customer support and requested a refund. They informed me that the refund has been initiated and will be processed soon.

          I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding a refund for a Jio Annual Plan recharge that I mistakenly made on 1st April 2023. I have been facing significant difficulty in obtaining a refund for this transaction, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through Jio customer service, the refund has not been credited to my account even after 30 days.

          I contacted the Jio customer service team immediately after realizing my mistake, and they assured me that the refund would be initiated promptly. However, despite their assurances, I have yet to receive the refund. I have made multiple follow-ups but to no avail. The response from the customer service team has been unsatisfactory, and I am yet to receive any concrete information on when I can expect the refund.

          I believe that as a customer, I am entitled to timely and efficient customer service, and it is unfortunate that I have not received the expected level of service from Jio. I would, therefore, request your intervention in this matter, and I kindly request you to help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

            I have raised relocation request for JIO Fiber 3 times called and escalated 4 times but inspire of this no action has been taken. The problem is they have a box in the ground floor of my apartments which already has 8 connections. So no additional connections can be added. It’s an internal problem they have to just upgrade the device to support another 8 and give the connection or take it from the adjacent box. For this they need their superior approval so they turn down the request station the request is put on hold due to my request. Which is very incorrect.
            Even after raising 4 complaints to customer care no resolution reached till 07/ May. My first request was on 25/April.
            They cannot take a decision to just add another device and delay the customer putting the blame on him.
            No ethics at work.

              In both the cases, i feel am befooled to get benefits
              when talked to your jio help line, they say no balance in your account
              My data pack rechrge has been shown as expired after 2 days
              without use
              I could not contact in time as i was confident that the recharge will be accounted for immediately

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                I have requested for new Jio FIbernet connection and the installation was done from Jio team on 24.04.23. Since 26.04.23, the 2.4 Ghz band in the ONT device is not working and only 5 Ghz band is working.

                Due to this, my home devices which are supported with 2.4 Ghz band are not working. I have raised multiple complaints and no one has reached out till 06.05.23 to replace the ONT device.

                Though lot of solutions provided by customer care, nothing worked out. Please take action on this.

                I have 2900 Rs for installation and 6 months rent.

                  Hi, I am currently in USA for a trip. I wanted to login into one of my UPI accounts . I have recharged jio International roaming package which is rupees 575 in order to get the roaming benifits. After the recharge i inserted the sim but didn't get any signal. I am currently in texas, Dallas. i get a strong At and t signal here which is by the way jio usa partner. If i contacted the customer care, the executives said that the sim is damaged...

                      We recharge in jio for one year but speed of internet is very slow not load any page of internet so please resolve otherwise I complaint to trai .                           I requested for installation, rep came, full form, I made the payment, it's been more than 10 days, installation is getting delayed day by day and after multiple conversations. The person who is taking if request Brijesh, he is telling that he need consent to cut the society's road in front of my house, it's obvious that road or society doesn't belong to me. He is giving lame excuses and unnecessary requirements which should be taken care of by them, and I should be a part of this as it is not my job to do. I need full refund and compensation for this fraud. They are not giving any update on installation and eventually after a long wait I am bound to request for cancellation of this request which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable and this kind of behaviour is absolutely unprofessional.

                              Jio fibre pole was erected in my house without concent. Initially jio team was trying to erect the pole but i noticed and stopped the same few days back but today they have erected the pole in my plot without my concent knowing fully when i am hot at home.

                                Today i purchased extra additional data on My jio App and its rate are 6 GB-61 Rupees.

                                My default plan is 2 GB per day hence 6 GB +2GB=8 GB

                                As per the customer care officer instruction, I have checked my setting as below,

                                That report shows you consumed only 4.45 GB only on 21.04.2023.Hence 8 GB - 4.45 GB approximately =3.55 GB

                                if so where did the remaining of 3.55 GB go?
