I recharged for rs 222/ under data booster plan for my jio sim no [protected] to get benefits of 50 gbs on 03/05/2023 But could not get activated automatically as expected . My plan for rs 209/ was then alive But i am advised that there is no balance in my account on 05/05/2023

In both the cases, i feel am befooled to get benefits
when talked to your jio help line, they say no balance in your account
My data pack rechrge has been shown as expired after 2 days
without use
I could not contact in time as i was confident that the recharge will be accounted for immediately
Kindly look into the matter so that i will get back my booster data pack and top up package

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I have requested for new Jio FIbernet connection and the installation was done from Jio team on 24.04.23. Since 26.04.23, the 2.4 Ghz band in the ONT device is not working and only 5 Ghz band is working.

    Due to this, my home devices which are supported with 2.4 Ghz band are not working. I have raised multiple complaints and no one has reached out till 06.05.23 to replace the ONT device.

    Though lot of solutions provided by customer care, nothing worked out. Please take action on this.

    I have 2900 Rs for installation and 6 months rent.

      Jio international roaming refund

      Hi, I am currently in USA for a trip. I wanted to login into one of my UPI accounts . I have recharged jio International roaming package which is rupees 575 in order to get the roaming benifits. After the recharge i inserted the sim but didn't get any signal. I am currently in texas, Dallas. i get a strong At and t signal here which is by the way jio usa partner. If i contacted the customer care, the executives said that the sim is damaged...

Day before yesterday, without my permission my jio number is allotted to someone else . Now he/ she got all my access. Please help me to retrieve my phone number ....

        Network speed is very slow not a load any pages please resolve this issue as soon as possible . I already talk with jio help line executive 2-3 times his say we are working on this issue but still getting problem so please solve other wise provide a refund of my annual recharge

          Dear sir

          We recharge in jio for one year but speed of internet is very slow not load any page of internet so please resolve otherwise I complaint to trai . Because already two times talk with jio help line executive his say we are working on this issue but there is no any resolution please resolve speed issue as soon as possible.

            It has been more than 9 years jio has installed the tower and from that day i have not been paid a single penny and my house has been damaged partially

              I requested for installation, rep came, full form, I made the payment, it's been more than 10 days, installation is getting delayed day by day and after multiple conversations. The person who is taking if request Brijesh, he is telling that he need consent to cut the society's road in front of my house, it's obvious that road or society doesn't belong to me. He is giving lame excuses and unnecessary requirements which should be taken care of by them, and I should be a part of this as it is not my job to do. I need full refund and compensation for this fraud. They are not giving any update on installation and eventually after a long wait I am bound to request for cancellation of this request which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable and this kind of behaviour is absolutely unprofessional.

                  Jio fibre pole was erected in my house without concent. Initially jio team was trying to erect the pole but i noticed and stopped the same few days back but today they have erected the pole in my plot without my concent knowing fully when i am hot at home.
                  This is not acceptable. Request to help on the same

                    Today i purchased extra additional data on My jio App and its rate are 6 GB-61 Rupees.

                    My default plan is 2 GB per day hence 6 GB +2GB=8 GB

                    As per the customer care officer instruction, I have checked my setting as below,

                    Settings-Data usage

                    That report shows you consumed only 4.45 GB only on 21.04.2023.Hence 8 GB - 4.45 GB approximately =3.55 GB

                    if so where did the remaining of 3.55 GB go?
                    How did you measure this.I have attached the data usage screenshot for your reference

                      Sir, I recharged for 395 on[protected] for my mobile no.[protected]. With a promotion of Rs. 168, a balance of Rs.227 was deducted from the Indian bank via phonepe and transferred to you through easebuzz. The recharge was successful, according to Phonepe. I have not yet received my refund.

                        Since I moved to TDI Kingsbury Block H, Kundali, Sonipat, Haryana 131023 last month,

                        jio services aren't not working properly in this area. Internet is such low that I won't be able to
                        search Google.com.

                        Not able to make normal calls as well which is hampering my office work.

                          There is internet connectivity and network problem in mdu boys hostel rohtak haryana and users start porting their numbers from jio to other company due to this and i m also with them so i request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible 🙏🏻

                            This is to grab attention to some of the matters that I find difficult to accept which I had undergone for past few days i have installed jiofiber device in Jan 2023 which woked good for two months while installing jiofiber technician has not properly installed the cable he just put a knot on the near by dish antenna and connected modem at that time itself i told the technician to properly align the cable but he never mind my words

                            Last month (March) suddenly there is no connection of Wi-Fi i raised a request and same technician came and inspected the cable and found the cable has been bent which he has put a knot while installing

                            After that i raised a request in customer service to change the cable line to align properly but without my knowledge technician came and changed modem which worked well after installation of the new modem for the past few days the coverage area is reduced at my home and 2.4 GHz signal is not available which is connected to most of my smart home devices
                            Now the modem restarts automatically every few hours

                            I again raised a request to solve the problem but the technician who came for inspection asked me RS 1200 for installing Wi-Fi extender at my cost even the Wi-Fi signal quality is poor within 15 feet range

                            is it my fault because of the poor connectivity of your modem I'm unable to use my smart home device's installed at my home which needs 2.4 GHz band

                            Even though I raised complaint for more than ten times no response is from your side

                            Previously installed modem has arcadyan as mac vendor which is good

                            But the one installed now is servercom india is very poor

                              From past few days we are facing network issues, we tried to reach customer case on chat but they are not ready to take any complaint on it and already TAT is available and they gave reference number MR00016ONHNC. Not a racker for that. I have sent several emails but no response from the team. We have jio tower in our locality K Pedapudi, Ambajipet Mandal, 533239. We are still supporting from home, we are spent more money for internet but they are not providing any kind of support.

                                I recharged my jio number on[protected] with amt Rs 149 via BHIM app and the transaction was successful but neither i received any confirmation message from jio nor its updated on myjio app . am not able to make any call or send message or use internet

                                  I had a fiber connection of 6 months. Dated 21st of July 2022 @2800/- rs. According to plan my plan should last till 21st of Jan 2023. At 20th Jan evening I received a call from Jio executive asking me to recharge my fiber thereby I was informed by him that services will be stopped if not recharged. I was unable to recharge my fiber and at 28th Feb 2023 Jio sent me a mail having a bill of ₹698 with an adjustment of ₹250 something. When I asked about the bill and why they continued the service even after they told me that they would discontinue it there was no proper response from the company.
