Fix the issue by today or issue the refund.

I'm In Abroad Right now, Due to unavailable of jio network in UAE, my sim is managed by my family but they lost the sim. When I inquired Jio Customer Care they suggested a way by Filling CRF from and provide relevant documents and appoint a person to collect the sim

All the details provided time by time, every time they are asking for new document

As i am receiving frequently calls by few unknown numbers starting with 8037and 8071, it shows that calls from Bengaluru..
And as well as i am receiving calls from unknown name(number less ) every day neither i can pick the calls nor it shows block option or it has number.....

Today I want to share my personal experience on JIO FIBRE. I am getting 16 Mbps speed on my jio fiber. My plan is of 150 Mbps. I called their toll free number yesterday and their support lady told me to remove all my devices and stand near the wifi router. I got 35 Mbps on 4g and 89 Mbps on 5g. She told me that I have a healthy speed. I told her to file a complaint because this speed is not acceptable.She told me this report will go to her team but no one contacted me yet. Jio is the worst fiber...

On 5th January 2023 i made transaction for new jio fiber connection where it got stuck while the payment was processed, i received message as it was not successful but the amount of 1500 was deducted in the name of INB avenues private limited with the reference number of[protected]IGAOXQXMY3, when i contacted jio fiber provider it was informed it will recredited in 24 hours, kindly check and assist....

Hi Team, I converted my jio physical sim to esim([protected]) on 2nd of Jan and i am not able to receive any SMS since then i got a confirmation email(attaching copy below) on the 3rd Jan 11 pm that sms service has been restored but still not working on my number plz look into this matter.

Sir with great respect I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that I have recharged two wrong numbers by mistake. Now I wants to withdraw from bio pos app it shows you have exhausted reversal of the month. The wrong number is [protected] and pos I'd is [protected]...

I was having a jio fiber connection for more than a year. On Oct 11th, I was out of station. My son was at home and your sales person Raj came and said he is installing an upgraded setbox and will get refund of my advance of Rs.2500/-. He also said if we pay an advance for 3 months, 4th month will be FREE.! He also assured to get vouchers for the remaining 10 days (viz 11th to 20th). What he has done is HE HAS DISCONNECTED MY OLD CONNECTION...

I recently got the jio fiber connection and paid ₹ 3680 for the same. They haven’t provided me an invoice yet. I have been asking them for 16 days now.

Can someone please help?

1. On 28 May 2022, Siddharth Singh from Jio came to our residential building and put across a scheme saying that if we take 1 (one) Jio setup box connection, we will get 3 (three) connections of the Jio setup box free of cost.

I made a recharge of 749Rs.I have all the transaction Id.. But my recharge was not done pending from Jio operator.. But my money is deducted from my bank. And I am not getting any customer care number of Jio. Kindly refund my money enough fraud has been done..
