I have below 5 Numbers with our Staff

All the numbers tend to have a year's recharge, we have a weak signal at our office and our all staff members need to go out of the office for each call, we are using wifi calling since we have one bar of signal available, but now our mobile do not catch one bar also.
I went to Ghatkopar East Jio Care Center where I was directed to go to the network team, but there also they did not entertain me.
Then I took a chance to register a complaint on MY JIO app but after speaking to the Call center executive and chatting with them all is wage, no resolution.
I think in JIO if all goes well but there is any issue and we highlight the team does not accept their fault.
I am loosing Business and Staff productivity.
Please help in getting this resolved and I simple words Charge me to get the things resolved.
