Jio — jio set top box is not working

I had purchased the jio setop box the first month is used it my experience was fine but the second month when i recharged it it stopped working the day i recharged the channel like sony jiotv+ were not working and demanding premium subscription which was earlier not demanded so i want jio to resolve this problem i had earlier approached your costumer care executive with great expectations they promised a early solution within 24 hours but it has been 3 days it is still the same so i want jio to solve my problem or else i won't reccomend any one to buy this jio tv as it is waste of money my fixed voice number is [protected]
