Jio — JioFiber

I am a regular Jio customer, using both mobile and fiber services. I have been recharging my Jio Fiber connection every month with ₹999 plan including taxes (₹1178.82). As per the plan details, I was provided access to various OTT apps, including Amazon Prime. However, despite paying the same amount, I am now unable to access Amazon Prime through my Jio Fiber., which they stopped without any information.
Additionally, I am unable to install or access apps like ShemarooMe, Eros Now, Lionsgate, and AltBalaji, which do not appear in the JioTV+ list either., which they says as its included in the 999 fiber plan. I have repeatedly contacted customer care, but there has been no satisfactory solution so far. This looks like a total scam with Jio service even for a regular customer.
