I have a JioFiber connection (Active Plan: Postpaid_399_6M) (Registered number: [protected]) which stopped working more than 10 days ago. Since then I have applied for a service numerous times but it hasn't been resolved yet. Every time I request for service the company schedules it but then nobody comes to actually fix it. I have also tried to reach customer care and talked to more than 5 representatives but it still hasn't been solved. The last representative I talked was extremely rude and even went as far as accusing us of lying about the problem.

    I had requested a Jio Air Fiber connection on 22nd Feb 2024. I had made a payment of Rs 5240.92 against order number NO0000XGXEJB. However even after a week of making the payment, the installation was not done and neither anyone from Jio Air Fiber team gave me any update. Finally after being fed up of waiting for installation, I registered a cancellation request on 28th Feb 2024. I was informed that the refund will be processed within 7 working days. The complaint number of the same is SR00001VF2BJ. However even after 45 days of waiting, I have not received the refund amount from Jio Air Fiber. I have made atleast 9-10 calls to the customer care number and each time they give me a new date. I have lost lot of time and energy on this and hence registering a formal complaint on this forum. Kindly help me to get my refund at the earliest.

      1) installed Reliance JIO more than a month before.
      2) First got cheated that two airfiber connections will be provided and later said "NO". No response to emails even to Mr.Mukesh.
      3) Frequent disrupt of internet and the customer care numbers and whatsapp numbers finally gives you message that the entire team is busy. This will happen every time.
      4) Old SR request not able to open: SR00001VP420.
      5) ZERO care or importance given to customer problems.

        On April 1st 2024 using the Jio app I had recharged for a friend a 84 day plan worth Rs.805, the money was deducted from by SBI Bank account but there was no recharge done from Jio's end also the recharge history on Jio app is not showing the transaction. Here are the details of transaction as provided by Paytm, the app that I used to pay.

          I have book Jio fiber installation by paying initial deposit amount of Rs 1000. Then, next day the jio service person came for the plan selection and all, then I selected plan which amounted to rs 2800 for 6 months and I paid the same.
          Later next daty, the installation person called and said there is no ports available so the installation cannot be done and I will get the refund.

          Later in the day, I got the refund of 2800 (monthly pack charge) but the initial payment of rs 1000 - I still havent received the refund. Its more that 2 weeks now, I have tried contacting jio care via email, twitter, etc but still no valid response from their side. And I have still not received the refund.

            There is nework issue in my area since more than one month. (At post Kelve ( Mangelali), tal & dist - palghar pin 401401)

            I have complained number of times. I send a sms to port number to airtel, but there was a call from jio for not to port it and issue will be resolved. But issue is not resolved.

              I purchased a Jio Air Fiber connection by paying Rs. 5, 241/- to Reliance Jio on 09 March 2024 through a salesperson who visited my home and assured me of its perfect connectivity. However, on 16 March 2024, during the installation, the technician encountered technical issues that prolonged the process to nearly 3.30 hours, which seemed excessive. While it initially worked moderately well for two days, from the third day onward, the connection ceased entirely, leaving me without internet or TV services. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jio's customer care, the service has been abysmal, with appointments repeatedly rescheduled without notification and ultimately no resolution provided. This experience leads me to warn others against purchasing Jio Air Fiber, as it appears to be a scam aimed at extracting money from customers without ensuring reliable connectivity or adequate support. I question Jio's commitment to customer loyalty and express deep disappointment in their pathetic service. This neglect of customer satisfaction may have serious repercussions, potentially leading to job losses for individuals like myself who rely on dependable internet services.

              Now, I got it how the Ambani family is getting richer day by day, by taking common man's hard earned money and not providing required services.

                  I got a new jio sim on date 21.03.2024, when the sim is activated and i tried to start my paytm app with my new phone number it is showing the name of the previous user, i am able to see his latest transaction and his lates transaction was at 15 January, 2024 at 12:40, . I reported this in jio telecom on the same day after facing this issue but they do not took out and resolution to it and still they are not replying to my mails and not giving and response when i am telling them to suspened my sim they are also not doing that and not refunding my money i.e First Recharge or i am telling them to give me a new number they are not doing anything

                    ISP side issue in VPN not resolved

                    Being a long time Jio mobile user I have taken a JioAirfiber connection 3 months back.
                    My purpose is mainly to connect the office VPN and to work from home, and the same for my wife as well.
                    I have explained well in advance with the engineer who took the payment for the connection, and he guaranteed that VPN will work very smoothly.

                    No one came to install the jio fiber, the order was placed on 3rd march from my sisters account and today is 13th march and still no one came for the installation and i paid 1000rs for booking also please this is totally violation as they promised to create the installation on 3rd and day after dat they are rescheduling . How is this acceptable?

                        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the network service I have been receiving. I have been a customer of your company for 1 years, and I have always been satisfied with the service. However, in the past few months, I have been experiencing frequent network problems.
                        The problems I have been experiencing include:
                        Dropped calls
                        Slow internet speeds
                        Frequent disconnections
                        Poor signal strength
                        These problems have been causing me a great deal of inconvenience. I have been unable to make or receive calls reliably, and I have been unable to access the internet for work or personal use. I have also been unable to use my mobile data connection, which is usually my only option when I am outside of my home.
                        I have tried to troubleshoot the problems myself, but I have been unsuccessful. I have also contacted your customer service department on several occasions, but they have not been able to resolve the issue.
                        I am requesting that you take immediate action to resolve these problems. I am a loyal customer of your company, and I am disappointed that I have not been able to receive the quality of service that I have come to expect.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I paid Jio agents a security deposit of Rs 599 for their postpaid connection. Until now, the security deposit hasn't even been acknowledged. When I contact the agents, they just don't answer my calls. I've raised several complaints with Jio customer care and escalated it too but no use - they just don't get back.

                          I request you to ask this horrible company to please not steal my money. I would like to terminate the connection asap as their service is atrocious (almost non existent). They are welcome to adjust the current due amount of Rs 470 against the security deposit and refund me the balance. But, they aren't even acknowledging receipt of balance despite screenshots and payment proof being sent multiple times.

                          Jio is one of the worst companies in the country - period.

                          I request you to please take this up with them and ask them to do the right thing and acknowledge Rs 599 paid as a deposit. Anything else is highway robbery, and given their attitude towards all the tickets I've raised, they don't care two hoots either - I really believe their agent Sumit Mishra stole my money on pretext on deposit being required when it wasn't, and now Jio won't help either.

                          Please help.

                          As you can see, the agents never respond. Neither the guy who took the money nor his boss. To them, it's a a big joke. This is just horrible. I've even raised the issue with Jio Appellate Authority, but noone seems to really care which is really appalling behavior. How can you just take customers money and not even acknowledge it?

                          Kindly resolve this, adjust the current due amount against the deposit, terminate the connection and please refund the balance[protected] to the UPI ID I've shared on email.

                          I'm unable to add the screenshots of the agents conversation. Consumer complaints, there must be something wrong with your update box. Please check and I'll add those screenshots too. However, these have already been sent to the Appellate Authority email address as well as Jio customer care email.

                          Jio called me on Saturday March 2 and said they would do the above. They said they'd cancel the number, adjust the due bill against the deposit and refund me the balance within 24 hours. That never happened. Typical JIO .

                              My phone number is [protected] and I am trying to port out from jio but whenever i send message to 1900, i get message that your upc code generation request can not be processed. I tried to talk customer care multiple time but they respond that this is noy in our hand we can not do anything for you.

                              My request is i will going to get upc code by jio only because currently it is my network provider but rather than helping me jio is not providing me upc code and forcing me to stay with their network.

                                My Jio Fiber Connection +91-[protected] Was Done By Cutting Someone Else Cable. I Wasn't Aware Of That.

                                The Complete Story:
                                Day After Installation Of Jio Fiber, My Internet Was Not Working.

                                Upon Complaining I Got To Know That I Was Given Internet By Cutting Someone's Cable. As The Other Guy Complained And Got His Connection Back, I Cannot Get The Internet Now As The S2 (Connection Box) Is Fully Occupied.

                                It Has Been 4 Days Still No Resolution.

                                After Registering Complain, The Technician Comes And Tells, 'I Cannot Do Anything, It Was The Mistake Of The Guy Who Gave You The Connection By Cutting Someone Else Cable. I Will Talk To The Manager. Wait For A Day.'

                                The Days Are Passing And No Solution. No Proper Reply From The Technician, Nor Customer Care Support.
