I purchased a Jio Air Fiber connection by paying Rs. 5, 241/- to Reliance Jio on 09 March 2024 through a salesperson who visited my home and assured me of its perfect connectivity. However, on 16 March 2024, during the installation, the technician encountered technical issues that prolonged the process to nearly 3.30 hours, which seemed excessive. While it initially worked moderately well for two days, from the third day onward, the connection ceased entirely, leaving me without internet or TV services. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jio's customer care, the service has been abysmal, with appointments repeatedly rescheduled without notification and ultimately no resolution provided. This experience leads me to warn others against purchasing Jio Air Fiber, as it appears to be a scam aimed at extracting money from customers without ensuring reliable connectivity or adequate support. I question Jio's commitment to customer loyalty and express deep disappointment in their pathetic service. This neglect of customer satisfaction may have serious repercussions, potentially leading to job losses for individuals like myself who rely on dependable internet services.
Now, I got it how the Ambani family is getting richer day by day, by taking common man's hard earned money and not providing required services.
