I have taken Jio fiber connection at Hyderabad with bearing No.[protected] and paid one year advance subscription amount. I shifted to Warangal from Hyderabad and requested to relocate my Jio fiber connection at Warangal in my Jio app on 14.05.2024.

On 17.05.24 Jio technician contacted me over phone and informed me Jio fiber services are not available, only Jio air fiber services are only available at my requested location. But I surprised how my Jio fiber connection number was changed to[protected] when there are services are not available at the place.

I came to know that there are number of Jio fiber services are working within the vicinity of 200 mts radius. I requested the Jio team either relocate Jio fiber services or refund my advance subscription amount over phone and number of mails. Alternatively provide the air fiber services to the extent of my advance payment made to them. But Jio team closing my request as resolved with out proper resolution and replying the mails with auto generated mails.

I presume that with the above-mentioned facts Jio team intentionally denying my request eventhough the services are available at my location.

    Hi Jio Customer support team

    It's understandable to feel frustrated if you've booked with order
    number LR000007X33Z an AIR Fiber service with Jio but haven't received
    the installation yet. i have paid booking fees of Rs -1000, attached
    screenshot for your reference.

    I booked Jio Air Fiber last November by giving booking amount of INR 100. Company promised installation within 2-3 working days but company failed to install the same. I called customer care multiple times for refund as they could not install the same. They just give assurance of refund but have not get yet.

      I am writing to file a complaint against Jio AirFiber services for providing misleading information regarding installation charges. According to their promotional material (attached as evidence), they offer free installation with annual plans, or state that any installation charges will be adjusted with the plan fees. However, I was charged [amount] for installation, which was neither waived nor adjusted.

      Despite multiple communications with Jio customer service, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. This constitutes a clear case of false advertising and unfair trade practice.

      Even there service man agreed that it's a misleading advertisement.

          I have been using jio fiber for the last 1. 5 years. In recent times there has been lot o[censored]nannounced connectivity interruption from jio side which takes longer days to get resolved. I have raised multiple complaints in the past 2 months. And recently there has been no connectivity from 17th May 2024 to till date(21st May 2024). And when I contacted the customer care for refund, so that I can go for another service provider, they denied providing refund. They have not also taken any step to rectify the issue and extend the connectivity for the days affected. I could not work for the last 5 days as there has been no connectivity. I need justice and refund now.

            When I connect to a VPN, my Jio Air Fiber connection is never stable. Many customers are experiencing the same problem.
            With other networks VPN is stable.

            Even customer support is not listening to what we are saying and disconnecting the call itself.

            If this will not be fixed, I prefer refund for my 6 months prepaid plan.

                I have recharged my Jio fiber with 6 months plan on 29 th October, 2023 but haven't received the 15 days extra validity voucher yet. My registered Jio fiber mobile number is *[protected]*. I have called the customer service several times and registered the complaint but still haven't received the voucher.
                Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

                  I have been getting jio sim issuance alerts in my airtel number. initially i ignored it and deleted few of these alerts thinking it might be wrongly sent.
                  But today when i was checking my family's ABHA number i was shocked to see that my number was registered in other ABHA holders whom i did'nt know.

                  So i am registering this as a fraud alert complain because some fraudster might be using my number in illegal activities.

                        I have a JioFiber connection (Active Plan: Postpaid_399_6M) (Registered number: [protected]) which stopped working more than 10 days ago. Since then I have applied for a service numerous times but it hasn't been resolved yet. Every time I request for service the company schedules it but then nobody comes to actually fix it. I have also tried to reach customer care and talked to more than 5 representatives but it still hasn't been solved. The last representative I talked was extremely rude and even went as far as accusing us of lying about the problem.

                          I had requested a Jio Air Fiber connection on 22nd Feb 2024. I had made a payment of Rs 5240.92 against order number NO0000XGXEJB. However even after a week of making the payment, the installation was not done and neither anyone from Jio Air Fiber team gave me any update. Finally after being fed up of waiting for installation, I registered a cancellation request on 28th Feb 2024. I was informed that the refund will be processed within 7 working days. The complaint number of the same is SR00001VF2BJ. However even after 45 days of waiting, I have not received the refund amount from Jio Air Fiber. I have made atleast 9-10 calls to the customer care number and each time they give me a new date. I have lost lot of time and energy on this and hence registering a formal complaint on this forum. Kindly help me to get my refund at the earliest.

                            1) installed Reliance JIO more than a month before.
                            2) First got cheated that two airfiber connections will be provided and later said "NO". No response to emails even to Mr.Mukesh.
                            3) Frequent disrupt of internet and the customer care numbers and whatsapp numbers finally gives you message that the entire team is busy. This will happen every time.
                            4) Old SR request not able to open: SR00001VP420.
                            5) ZERO care or importance given to customer problems.

                              On April 1st 2024 using the Jio app I had recharged for a friend a 84 day plan worth Rs.805, the money was deducted from by SBI Bank account but there was no recharge done from Jio's end also the recharge history on Jio app is not showing the transaction. Here are the details of transaction as provided by Paytm, the app that I used to pay.

                                I have book Jio fiber installation by paying initial deposit amount of Rs 1000. Then, next day the jio service person came for the plan selection and all, then I selected plan which amounted to rs 2800 for 6 months and I paid the same.
                                Later next daty, the installation person called and said there is no ports available so the installation cannot be done and I will get the refund.

                                Later in the day, I got the refund of 2800 (monthly pack charge) but the initial payment of rs 1000 - I still havent received the refund. Its more that 2 weeks now, I have tried contacting jio care via email, twitter, etc but still no valid response from their side. And I have still not received the refund.

                                  There is nework issue in my area since more than one month. (At post Kelve ( Mangelali), tal & dist - palghar pin 401401)

                                  I have complained number of times. I send a sms to port number to airtel, but there was a call from jio for not to port it and issue will be resolved. But issue is not resolved.

                                    I purchased a Jio Air Fiber connection by paying Rs. 5, 241/- to Reliance Jio on 09 March 2024 through a salesperson who visited my home and assured me of its perfect connectivity. However, on 16 March 2024, during the installation, the technician encountered technical issues that prolonged the process to nearly 3.30 hours, which seemed excessive. While it initially worked moderately well for two days, from the third day onward, the connection ceased entirely, leaving me without internet or TV services. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jio's customer care, the service has been abysmal, with appointments repeatedly rescheduled without notification and ultimately no resolution provided. This experience leads me to warn others against purchasing Jio Air Fiber, as it appears to be a scam aimed at extracting money from customers without ensuring reliable connectivity or adequate support. I question Jio's commitment to customer loyalty and express deep disappointment in their pathetic service. This neglect of customer satisfaction may have serious repercussions, potentially leading to job losses for individuals like myself who rely on dependable internet services.

                                    Now, I got it how the Ambani family is getting richer day by day, by taking common man's hard earned money and not providing required services.
