It is to state that i ordered a sim card on 07.05.2025 at around 8:30 p.M. And was waiting for the sim yesterday but after waiting i slept and woke up today around 8 a.M. With a hope of getting my new sim within 12 hours max. But my hope was shattered by jio and they started telling me to wait for 24 hours which is till 8:30 pm today 08.05.2025. But i never got the delivery within 24 hours. Sharing the details hereunder

The internet service was disrupted on the 29th of April. Since that day, I have been raising service requests. The first time, the service request person closed the request with a fake report that the service had been done. But he didn't contact or come to the place. From the second time until now, the service has been rescheduled continuously without any information from JIO's side. I have logged a complaint in nodal office...

I booked a Jio AirFiber connection by paying ₹1000 as a booking amount and later ₹2143.52 during the KYC process, totaling ₹3143.52. After the KYC visit, an engineer visited my location and informed me that Jio AirFiber was not available at my address.

I declined the Jio Fiber alternative and requested a full refund. The engineer confirmed that the cancellation would be processed. Only ₹2143.52 was refunded; the ₹1000...

I am a jio user for more than 8 years. I had a monthly plan of 209. I wanted to use 5g so brought the 5g data voucher for 601 rupees. It did not work. Contacted support and heard that 1.5gb/day plans can only work with this voucher. So went ahead and recharged for 666 plan which gives three months of 1.5gb/day plan. The voucher was not applied. I have purchased JIO AIRFIBER connection by paying Rs. 1111 from jio official website Booking No. LR00000F44OX. Due to some reasons I don't want the JIO fiber.

There is no option in My JIO app to cancell the booking order. The Jio customer care also do not provide any option to cancel the booking.

The connection is on hold condition.

I have ordered jio AirFiber, your team visit at my home but denied to install it due to unavailability of network. And you team was confirmed me that order will canceled and amount will refund but still order on hold.

I try multiple times to connect with customer care but your customer care number not connecting to customer care officers.

number LR000007X33Z an AIR Fiber service with Jio but haven't received
the installation yet. i have paid booking fees of Rs -1000, attached

Jio care told there is no time limit for completing sim reverification process.until reverify the sim will retain in your name under suspended status.
I believed and within a week the sim got disconnected.Now the same jio care saying it got disconnected we can't do anything.
Please enable my disconnected Mobile number so that I can do my re-verification process....

This is to bring to your notice that without any information/consent a Jio Fiber pole is erected near my house. There is a pole already at the opposite lane a transformer that eats up all the parking space and now the pole near entrance causes lot of disturbance.
