I have Ordered an Item 21st june2022 for Coconut Tender Premium and on 22nd I have received the message regarding delivery person name and contact . i have also contacted Delivery person and he told me due to some problem with delivery vehicle item will be delivered tommorow but today on 24th June when i have checked the status on jio app its showing My order is Returned. i have not received the item then how i have returned it. i have also contacted jiomart customer care and they are saying due to techincal issue item is returned and now suggesting to reorder the item. but if there is no issue from myside why should i reorder the item, jio Mart have to reattempt the delivery on next day. This is really disgusting behavior from jiomart customer care. why should i suffer for there technical issue. Was this information helpful? |
