Dear Consumer Court Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue with my recent purchase from Jio Mart. I ordered the Reconnect Dank neckband from the Jio Mart platform on 25.09.2024 with invoice no R[protected]. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the right side speaker is not working, indicating that the product is defective.
Immediately, I initiated a request for return and provided the necessary details, including images of the faulty product. I was assured by a Jio Mart customer care representative that a refund would be initiated.
However, to my dismay, on 27.09.2024, I received a message from Jio Mart stating that my refund request had been rejected. This has left me feeling cheated and disappointed as I expected better service from a reputed company like Jio Mart. It is unacceptable for them to sell faulty products and then refuse to provide a solution.
I urge you to take strict action against Jio Mart for their unethical business practices and lack of accountability towards their customers. I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify the situation.
