I have placed an one plus pad 2 order (shipment no :[protected]A-01) on October 05, 2024 in JIO MART, till now haven't received my order. Customer care seems to have no idea about my issue, they keep on saying the same ' please wait for another day you will receive it'. I kindly request to avoid jio Mart.
