Jio Mart — Damaged / Used product (Smart watch)

On receipt of the product I uploaded the damaged/ used product of the smart watch, I received.

I was busy for 1 wk with Government Assembly-related office work and during that time I didn't pick up any unknown or junk calls.

On the basis of nonreceipt of call, they rejected my return picked up

I called Jio Mart Customer Care on 6th March and in that response, I got call for submitting the serial number of the product for resolving the issue. In that connection, I had submitted the product box details mentioning the various numbers including serial numbers also.

After submitting all the details, I got a call from the Jio Mart representative that they will arrange the pickup, and the same will be reflected in the Mobile App order part but such a thing was not happening.

Then after I called customer care on 11th and 19th March also and mentioned all the things. After discussing each time they commit a positive resolution of the issue but every time they sent two mail 1) mentiong that they working on the issue and will resolve it and 2) the issue was resolved (which means the return was rejected due to non-acceptance of the call)

Even today morning they have sent such two emails in regards to my 19th March Telephonic conversations and today's Email conversations.

The call they are telling me that I didn't pick up was for the requirement of product serial number which I had already provided on 6th /7th March 2023 as per the discussion held with the Jio Mart representative.

After submitting all the required things as they need there should not be a question for not pickup of the damged/ used product and refund for the same but they are not doing so.

I feel that they are not interested to get back the damaged and used product sent to me and spending the time with only E-mail correspondences.

I feel cheated by Jio Mart. In this connection You are requested to do needful in this regards and provide me justice and refund of the product which I got in used or damaged form.
