Jio Mart — Delay in delivery

I ordered a fashion item from jiomart on 4th Feb, 2023 through an online payment. The estimated delivery date was on 10th Feb, 20023. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is changing day by day. I raised many complaints from 10th October onwards. I'm calling customer care every 2nd day and asking for order status. They are saying they can't give a confirmation on the order date. They are not providing any reason for the delay. They are saying that they don't have direct contact with the seller to know where the order has reached and every time they ask me to wait for 48hrs. No action has been taken till now. I ordered from jiomart in a belief that it is a reputed company and it comes under your prestigious company Reliance Retail. But now I have lost my trust in Jiomart. Customer care service is not responsible. They are not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time calling customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now.
Requesting you to please take immediate action on this issue.
