I have ordered vegetables from Jio mart and they delivered rotten vegetables and expired items. As discussed with their support team, they agreed with me for the refund. After 3 weeks also the refund didn't come to my wallet or not received any information about the refund. Again I connected with their support team regarding the same issue, again the support person told me it will get in other 7 days, otherwise you can call to the support team.
