Jio Mart — Delivery issue

Dear Team,

I order my grocery products for my home necessity and for Holi festival with full payment of my order i done on the same date on 25.03.2021,
As per their commitment they supply within 48 hours, Which is already cross i request several time to their customer care but .Still its Pending finally the disturb my Holi festival without my any mistake .

So i need justice for the same the person or the process which ever is doing this mistake need to correct to other festival with good mood

After my placing the order they given date of delivery on dated 27 march, again modified on 28 without any communication i request more thin 5 time its urgent kindly provide me because of festival but still its pending .
