Jio Mart — Mal practices for return or cancellation of order

This company has no practice for cancelling order, once the order is placed and paid for. They never cancel any order and hold money, without delivering the order as well
I had placed one order on Dec 11 and cancelled within few hours through calling customer care and email, but they refused to take cacellation but asked me to return the product and not take delivery. I returned the packet on Dec 16 and since then the packet is lying with Ecom Express with lock put by JIO mart. so the packet can neither be delivered to me not returned to the seller.
Now their site only shows it OUT FOR DELIVERY, while fact is it lying with LOCK instructions with the carrier and Jio refuses to process the refund even after ove 3 week of cancellation
These are highly objectionable Malpractices of these ecom companies and call centre always have standard reply of to wait and watch with no action for 21 days.
