Jio Mart — Not taking rerun product hence not working

Hi,

Have ordered a boat speaker and it’s delivered last Sunday .while testing it’s not working properly not delivering proper sound lesser than mobile phone speaker sound .
I initiated return product on the same day but they are not taking return.

Please help me to get return product.
