I placed an order on 20th Dec, the estimated delivery date was 22nd December. When I checked their app on 22nd Dec, the delivery date changed to 23rd December, again when I checked on 23rd Dec delivery date changed to 24th Dec.
I even called Jio Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order.They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 7 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed. Despite calling them for 5-7 times, I'm totally fed up by their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.
