We have ordered a refrigerator on 28/09/2022.
On 29/09/2022 there was a price drop of the same refrigerator.
We request JIO to reduce the price of the refrigerator we already ordered but they said that cannot be done. Hence, we planned to cancel the order as JIO did not offer us price drop benefit.
But there was no option to cancel as the product was already out for delivery. When contacted the customer care to cancel the delivery, they asked us to deny the delivery and the same will be updated as cancelled. We did the same on 30/09/2022 when the product was to be delivered by the delivery person. But till date the order status has not been updated as cancelled rather they are just changing the delivery dates and not refunding our money also. Order no.[protected]A.
