[Resolved]  Jio Mart — Order not delivered don't get the return amount also

I recently put a order with order no [protected]A on 05/02/2022. After submitting the order it showed me it will take delivery time of more than a week...

So on the very next day itself I tried to cancel the order but only one item with that order I can able to cancel. But still now I don't get the refund for that... UI showing refund will take 7 days to effect but when I wrote the customer care they are saying it will take 15 days...

The customer care people said that your order can't able to cancelled fully as of now but you can reject that product on delivery...I only got one product out of three and I reject that product but still now refund not initiated even for that...

On the third item it is showing the delivery date of 14/02/2022 but today 16/02/2022 completed...

It seems like the company getting the amount from the consumer and they can't satisfy the order but keep the amount for a long time and getting profit from that..

Actually 1200 around got debited for this order but neither any item got delivered nor the money back to my account...

When I tried to write an email for the customer care those people pasting the information again and again like IVR they never answered to the query properly. It seems they are cheating all Indian people
