Jio Money — Transaction failed.Payment deducted from bank account

Hello, i have done 3 recharge on 7 april and 8 april . Recharge was done by my icici debit card last 4 digit 0055 by jio money. All 3 transaction goes failed and all 3 recharge money got debited from my account. So please refund my all 3 transaction money.
I am writing details of 3 transaction here from jio money app.

Really i have tried all method to contact jio chat, call, email. But they dint reply. really mukesh ambani ji ko ye jio ka bhandara band kar k in jio money k staff ko terminate kar dena chaiye. Jo kisi kaam ka nhi.log pachtate he jio money se transaction kar k. Galti se koi payment karte error aa gya to paise doob jate he. Worst wallet app. Rbi should ban it.
