Jio — no network and internet & poor response from customer support

I ported my sim from airtel to jio and paid for the package. Since day 1, i am having trouble, as most of the time there is 0 network and no internet. I am not able to make a single call not recieve a single call since i took this sim. I have complained several times & raised my concerns multiple times but no steps have been taken to resolve my issue.
