I have applied for Jio fibre service and was working well for about a year .
Suddenly last month I received an outage and couldn’t connect to the Internet via my jio fibre. On contacting the customer support I couldn’t get the proper the root cause or solution and there were service ticket opened for it.
If I contact nearby jio store for the fix, they were not aware of the ticket and declined to fix. However got the engineer number, post their visit they again told it is network issue. When I contacted the nearby head office (Bhavani), I were told by evening it will be fixed .
However it was not fixed and when I made a call next morning no one where answering .
Issue started around 25th May 2025, almost 5 tickets where raised but each tickets are closing without my consent without no fix.
Raised to different teams and each has the timeline of 72 hrs but no fix.
We even brought the 10 feet rod to increase the height of antenna but Internet is not stable sometimes it peaks and sometime it is less .
As a working person I was badly critized for dropping often from meetings. Was this information helpful? |
