Jio — not receiving any otp,sms alert

I am using jio no and not getting any sms alert, otp,, bank sms for 1 months. Previously i was getting when same number was with aircel. But after porting ti jio facing issues.. Now i could not receive the urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction and other impotrant messages. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services. Please rectify this and send the sms messages without late and break.

31.05.2018 को गए करण नगर (श्रीनगर) का jio store sim exchange करने का 200 लिया और सिम भी नहीं exchange किया, और हमें 12 बजे से लेकर शाम 05 तक बैठाके रखा |
और एक प्रीपेड जिओ सिम को पोस्टपेड सिम करना था उसका भी नहीं काम किया
लगभग हम उस स्टोर में 10 दिन गए मेरा एक भी समस्या solve नहीं किया ।

I recharge the pack of ₹299 3gb/30days pack after few week they are sending mein a msg of you have used 100% of your 2 gb data and when i called 1991 they told that i recharged ₹101 pack

How is that possible i have all the msg of recharge and data i used since i recharged
