Jio — Not Satisfied with Network Service

I have bought the Sim like 1.5 years ago and I am not getting a GOOD SERVICE as expected. I also complained like 6to 7 times per month on CUSTOMER care service from the day I bought the Sim. But still I am not satisfied with the net issue and everytime I complain they say that THERE ARE LOTS O[censored]SERS IN YOUR AREA CONSUMING INTERNET AND WE ARE WORKING TIRELESSLY TO EXPAND OUR NETWORK IN UPCOMING MONTHS. It's been 1 year they are telling me this and I am so pissed on their ### service and I have lost my hope. I WANT JUSTICE. PLEASE.

It's been 10 days since I complained on TRAI but only got an email from you and nothing from jio and also my Internet experience is went to worse after I complained thanks to you guys for making it even more TROUBLESOME.🥲
