Jio — Payment successful but recharge not done

I have the honour to state that on[protected] i purchase jio prepaid recharge for jio sim no.[protected] through net banking amounting to rs.149/- (Rupees one hundred fortynine) only [transaction reference: ubi description no.[protected]/[protected], tranction id s46299295 dt.[protected]]. Payment is succesful but recharged is not done. So after 2/3 days i made a complain through jio customer care in this regard and they replied that within 10 days the problem will be solved. Now more than 20 days past but nothing has been done. Now i wan tham to either recharge the same or refund the money.

I, therefore, request you to kindly help me in this regard.
