[Resolved] Jio — payment was successful not yet received recharge | |
I purchased a jio three month plan rs-444 on 20-november-2019 through myjio app. The payment has been preceded by sbi net banking. After i recharge, received the payment successful message from jio. The bank was deducted the same amount from my account. My plan was expired on 22-november-2019. My outgoing calls stopped on 23-november-2019. After i call the customer care jio they ask me to again recharge. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved after i complaint the same day got the recharge. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
