Jio — recharge issue -money deducted | |||
I have a jio number [protected]. The pack expired on 18 Mar 2019. I recharged with rs 399 from my Jio app. Amount was deducted from PayTM but number not recharged. Tried contacting customer care but of no positive response. Really pissed off with the service. They should clarify and if recharge is not successful they should refund funds. And also recharge should be done. It is really disappointing Was this information helpful? | |||
