Jio — recharge unsuccessful refund not return

Sir no one taking responsibility of my money. I try to recharge [protected] with jio app 98rs at 7:40pm 20/4/18 and pay amount by 🆙 paytm. Payment have successfull and 98rs deducted from my account. But recharge not successful. Paytm showing machent name @indiaideas
Please help me sir and return my money
