Jio — Refund not received.

I got my jio fiber installed on 30-June-2021 and the internet speed was slow, so I decided to return the item. The return was initiated on 17-July-2021 and jio fiber took all their belongings on 25-July-2021. The jio fiber team said that if you cancel the plan within 30 days, all of your money will be refunded. I've been calling them since 17-July-2021, and every time I would call them, they say that my refund would be credited in 1-4 days. It's been more than 1.5 months, still, I've not received any refund.
