Jio — Refund security amount

I taken jio air fibre 50 days free trial internet connection for that I paid refundable security deposit amot of 500. Due to some technical issues I cancelled my internet connection within 48 days only. I asked my refund amount Of 500 to company but they are not refunding my amount.
