I am facing an issue with my JioFiber connection linked to Fixed Line Number: +91-[protected]. My active plan is Postpaid_399_6M, and for the bill cycle 01-Apr-2025 to 30-Apr-2025, the due amount was Rs. 470.82, payable by 10-May-2025.

I made the full payment of Rs. 470.82 on 9th May 2025 at 7:35 AM via Amazon Pay UPI. Below are the transaction details:

Not got delivery of new sim

Address: EAST UDAYRAJPUR GHOSH PARA MEGHDOOT ZUBOK SANGHA

It is to state that i ordered a sim card on 07.05.2025 at around 8:30 p.M. And was waiting for the sim yesterday but after waiting i slept and woke up today around 8 a.M. With a hope of getting my new sim within 12 hours max. But my hope was shattered by jio and they started telling me to wait for 24 hours which is till 8:30 pm today 08.05.2025. But i never got the delivery within 24 hours. Sharing the details hereunder

The internet service was disrupted on the 29th of April. Since that day, I have been raising service requests. The first time, the service request person closed the request with a fake report that the service had been done. But he didn't contact or come to the place. I had complained for my airfiber not working on 2nd May, 2025. A service engineer was supposed to visit my flat but declared it as addressed without visiting flat and solving the problem. SR00002CANUI was registered and closed without any solution. I called customer care and they did not help either. I made JioAirFiber Booking with booking no : LR0000JI75M on 31st March 2025 but since then there is not tracking of installation, no agent ever visited and i am not able to cancel this request after multiple attempts. I also made advance payment of 1111 RS, transaction id for the same is[protected]f2be-b6c8-df96abeecd11. I request for cancellation of installation and refund the amount.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    AirFiber booking amount is not refunding

    I have booked for new Jio AirFiber connection on 19th March, 25 and paid 1111/- as booking amount. The installation was not done until now and the booking amount is also not refunding.     I am a jio user for more than 8 years. I had a monthly plan of 209. I wanted to use 5g so brought the 5g data voucher for 601 rupees. It did not work.     Airfiber order cancellation scam

    I have purchased JIO AIRFIBER connection by paying Rs. 1111 from jio official website Booking No. LR00000F44OX. Due to some reasons I don't want the JIO fiber.

    There is no option in My JIO app to cancell the booking order. The Jio customer care also do not provide any option to cancel the booking.

    The connection is on hold condition.
