We bought jio fiber connection, which we have been informed that the plan is unlimited. We paid for 3 months plan which mentions in the jio fiber application that it is unlimited every where it is said that it is unlimited. I have a JioFiber connection at my home that stopped working on the evening of 18th August 2023, on 19th August I lodged a complaint regarding the same and was told that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. however, it's now been 5 days and the issue is still not resolved, nor do I have a proper update on the situation....

I was using a 4G jio Sim card in a 4G Router, I did a reacharge of ₹2999, and Jio without my consent without any notification convert my Sim into 5G and it stopped working on any 4G devices. It's not working on JioFi nor on any 4G router.
