Jio — Refund/transfer of amount pending

Respected Team,

I would like to bring to your notice that a Jio recharge of ₹5649.84 was been mistakenly done on the alternate number [protected] instead of the intended number [protected].

Alternate Number: [protected]

Correct Number (Recharge intended for): [protected]

It is important to note that the number [protected] has not been recharged for the past 1.5 years, as we were unable to shift the connection, despite multiple attempts. Jio team had also been insisting on switching to Jio AirFiber during that period.

I requested Jio team to either reverse the recharge or transfer the plan/subscription to the correct number [protected], which is the number we have been using and maintaining.

Despite several attempts this is still pending and the local Jio representatives are lying about coming to the address for transfer of the line but no such attempt has been made.

Please take strict action to help us get this amount.
