Jio — rude behaviour of employee

I had raised a porting request to Jio. When i went to Thillainagar branch of Jio at Trichy, I was asked to show the porting code which I did. Then i was asked to show the Aadhaar original. When i showed the copy of Aadhaar, the Jio employee was citing lame excuses saying the bar code will not get scanned and demanded original Aadhaar. I told I have original Voterid when CH can be used for their verification. The Jio employee halfheartedly took the Voterid and was checking whether it was original for 5 mins. I showed him the hologram on Voterid after which he returned the card to me and asked me to wait. He went on to the next customer and started working on. In the meanwhile two other Jio employees were standing idle. I waited for 15 minutes but the Jio employee was too slow and did not complete the work of 1 customer. I raised the issue with the leader of the Jio centre Suresh R and asked him to speed up. He became defensive and rudely replied if you are in urgency you can go out and finish your work and come back later. He also instructed his employee to slow down further and asked all other customers to be attended to before serving me while i was the first person in queue. I waited and was shocked to see such a rude response from Jio employee to customer. The way they behaved, looks like Jio did not want to entertain customers porting from other operators to Jio. Tried Jio care live chat but it was not real live chat but a chatbit answers. Shows how much Jio cares for customers. Called 198 to reach out to customer care. The IVR went on and on. Kudos! Jio has earned the top spot on customer dissatisfaction. I have another Jio prepaid number, no plans to continue that as well
