Jio — suspended my number without any information and deactivated all my services along with plans tariff | |||
Hi, I have complain aginst jio services. Due to mnp regulations, jio disconnected all my phone services from mobile number [protected] and suspended all my plans completely. I have 2-month recharge done already in my mobile number [protected]. There is confirmation from jio, that my sim will be reactivated once the payment is cleared for the previous pending airtel service. My payment is cleared 2 days ago, yet none of my services are reactivated. I have been told that i will have to again buy a new sim for same number [protected] and fill the monthly plan again. Why this was not communicated to me over email that i have to reissue new sim and fill the plan again. Isn't this cheating to customer? There is no pre notification from jio, that my sim will be erminated. After termination, there was reactivation message and now after full payment and clearing my due, i am getting rever that i will have to buy a new sim. Was this information helpful? | |||
