Jio — Transaction fraudulent | |
Jio charged me thrice for same recharge on my number [protected]. First when the upi debited the amount then it appeared on the screen that it is failed. So i tried again. In the third attempt the transaction was successful. But the failed transaction later was successful. That is I am currently have 3 active plan from which the 2 plan aren't activated amounting to ₹2121. The upi gateway first said the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 days. But till yet no refund has been credited to my account. Upi gateway is Amazon pay and my upi id is [protected]@apl. I want my refund which was supposed to be refunded.
