The issue is that I am facing difficulty in returning my jio fibre router.
The agents of Jio refuse to pickup the router that i had requested on 7th July, 2022.
The problem is that I have relocated within Delhi this July first week ( Uttam Nagar West) .
I was residing earlier in Malviya Nagar New Delhi.
I wanted to shift my jio fibre connection from Malviya Nagar to Uttam Nagar West but the jio fibre connection is not available in Uttam Nagar.
So i had to cancel my connection of Jio fibre. I was being told by plenty of Jio customer care service agents that my router will be picked up within 14 days after the cancellation process. I had requested to cancel my Jio fibre connection on 7 th July 2022. I waited for the agents to come after 14 days.
Now the biggest issue is that the agents call me, asking the location of pickup and landmark near by. I tell them every day. They ask me the appropriate time to pickup my Jio fibre router i provide them the timings of availability still they never come.
At the end of the day, everyday it's been happening since 3 weeks that i speak to the agents regarding pickup. They talk regarding the preferable timings and i receive a message from Jio after the call that " as per your request we have rescheduled the jio fibre router pickup for tomorrow" .
This is the conversation I have been having and the message I have been receiving every single day for the past 3 weeks.
It seems like there is no way out of this loop. There is no way of getting my deposit money back from the company.
It extremely disappointing to get this kind of behaviour from and Jio. My previous landlord is also getting furious that i have left the premises but my belonging still hasn't ( Jio fibre router). Was this information helpful? |
