Jio — unaccounted transaction

I was recharging my Jio number using Phone pay app and paid using Allahabad Bank UPI on 9th October. My first 3 transactions initially shows pending status and become successful next day. Now, it has been 15 days and my number hasn't recharge with it nor I got the refund. They are saying that they haven't received the money and they have no idea where money is. They are only saying to contact your bank and source from where you recharged.

when I am trying to customer care service, one cuts my call without listening my issue, another one told me that he can do nothing,

When I told them that my bank has cleared that the merchants bank has confirmed it that amount has reached them. On this one executive told me that we have no information, go again and again in your bank, we can do nothing.
