Jio — wrong transaction refund | |
Hello, I have done a wrong transaction by putting a last digit wrong. Please cancel the transaction. The number i wanted to recharge was [protected]. But by mistake i entered the number 4. Please help. I am informing you as soon as possible. I did this recharge from payzapp so i contacted them but they told the amount was forwarded to the merchant so i am finally contacting you. Transaction detail of the wrong recharge:- Date and time: 27-mar-2020 11:29 Subscriber id: [protected] Service provider: jio Operator transaction id: [protected] After a while i also did the recharge in the correct number from paytm as the details below:- Mobile recharge successful ₹ 555 For Jio mobile number [protected] Paid from Your hdfc bank bank credit card 06:21 pm, mar 27, 2020 Order id [protected] So, i kindly request you to refund the amount of the wrong recharge in the number [protected].
