GRIEVAN SUBJECT
Cheating by JioMart through wrong information of their product on their app and then refused to refund back money through excuses and cheating.

We have purchased giloy tablets by looking at their product information on their app telling 120 tablets in one bottle and this info was confirmed by them also when we enquired through email and call..
But in reality it was having 60 tablets only in a bottle.
We sent our complaints through email.
Their app for lodging complain was not working but malfunctioning and therefore all the details including product image and our cheque image were sent to their email ID.
But when we spoke to their Mr Salman, he was so adamant to refuse to accept the complain through email. no matter how malfunctioning and dead their app has been.
What a unique way to avoid complaints and to avoid refund after making false description of their product to lure customers to cheat them using all these tactics.
Being constraint, they got to be dragged to the consumer court for all such cheating, making the legally liable to pay heavy compensation and penalty under the consumer protection act 1986 by the consumer court.
